SVN | Parsons completes new leases, expansions, and renewals totaling 16,000 s/f at Knowledge Park

Marlborough, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed a variety of new lease deals, expansions, and renewals totaling 16,000 s/f at Knowledge Park. Within the past three months, Knowledge Park has welcomed new tenants Synergy Wealth Partners, Family Counseling Associates and the Law Offices of Christina Ramirez. In addition to the above new tenants, SVN | Parsons has renewed Blakeslee Prestress and Dalbar Inc. Two current tenants, Wyebot and Ardent Staffing, have renewed and expanded their footprint at 2 and 5 Mount Royal Ave. to accommodate their rapid growth. 

Knowledge Park consists of three buildings (2, 4, and 5 Mount Royal Ave.) for a total of 161,000 s/f located on Rte. 20 off I-495. 

 “As you can see with our new tenant base along with the renewals and expansions we’ve done, Knowledge Park is a perfect place for tenants to start and grow their business,” said Bob MacNamara, president of Dartmouth Property Management who manages the campus. “We continue to see an increase in leasing activity throughout the park. We are able to offer new tenants unique and creative solutions to accommodate their return back to the office.” 

Garrett Quinn of SVN | Parsons, who represents the property for lease, said, “With the amenities we have to offer, our competitive rate, and location directly on route 20 off 495, Knowledge Park is an ideal location for all types of office and R&D tenants.”
