SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston completes lease of 60,000 s/f building for A/Z Corp.

7 Connector Road - Andover, MA

Andover, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed a 60,000 s/f full building lease at 7 Connector Rd. for A/Z Corporation, a construction engineering company. Formerly occupied by New England Label, the facility will serve as the corporation’s second MA location. 

Assistant managing director of brokerage, Matt Quinlan, senior advisor, Alex Berger, and associate advisor, Miguel Encarnacion, of SVN | Parsons represented the landlord, Oliver Street Capital. Chris Healey of The Boulos Company represented the tenant, A/Z Corp. 

“Despite economic headwinds and volatile markets, the industrial market along the I-495 corridor continues to show high demand and increased activity. The property’s proximity to major routes like I-93, I-495 is highly desirable among industrial users and ideally situated to service the broader New England area,” said Berger. 

7 Connector Rd. is an industrial building featuring 8 loading docks, 1 ramped drive-in and clear heights ranging from 18 ft. to 24 ft. The building is located within the 93 North Industrial Market.

A/Z Corp. is a leading design, construction, and maintenance services provider focused on delivering innovative, single-source solutions. The corporation is headquartered in North Stonington, CT and has multiple other locations throughout the New England and Mid-Atlantic Regions.
