SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston brokers $1.838 million sale of 24,134 s/f building

Marlborough, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed the sale of a 24,134 s/f multi-tenant office building to 910 Boston Post Road LLC at 910 Boston Post Rd. for $1.838 million.

Senior advisor, Garrett Quinn, associate advisors Matt Cuneo and Trevor Holmes represented the seller, Blackcomb Associates LLC. Senior advisor Alex Wood, represented the buyer, 910 Boston Post Road LLC in the transaction. “We are happy to have assisted in this transaction between a local investor and a local buyer”, said Cuneo. “We believe this is a great value-add opportunity in an ideal location”.

910 Boston Post Road is a 24,134 s/f office building located directly on Rte. 20 near the Sudbury/Marlborough line.  The building consists of three stories with approximately 20 tenants and a few vacant suites available for lease.
