10 Memorial Boulevard is a nine-story building containing approximately 202,096 s/f of rentable s/f with three floors of parking located on the prominent corner of Francis St. and Memorial Blvd. in Capital Center District of downtown Providence. The building is home to the world headquarters of GTECH Corporation.
