Sweeney Real Estate and Richards, Barry, Joyce broker $4.8m sale
PT Properties Holding LLC sold 110 Graham Dr.l to 158 Graham Drive RI LP for $4.8 million. The 140,000 s/f industrial facility on 18.32 acres of land, is currently occupied by MWV (formerly Polytop), a manufacturer of dispensing caps. The property is 100% leased to MWV under a long term lease.
The property is located in the Slaterville section of the town with access to R.I. Highway 146. Thomas Sweeney, SIOR of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal joined with Frank Petz and Christopher Skeffington of Richards, Barry, Joyce & Partners to represent the property and were the exclusive brokers.
