Sweeney and Rouse of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal arrange 3,723 s/f lease to GE
East Greenwich, RI Thomas Sweeney, SIOR and Christina Rouse of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the landlords of 42 Ladd St., the Greenwich Mills located on the Warwick/East Greenwich town line in the lease agreement with GE Renewables US LLC. GE will occupy 3,723s/f of office space on the second floor of Building 2 at the Greenwich Mills.
The Greenwich Mills Complex includes two buildings comprising over 100,000 s/f of office and retail spaces featuring industrial design characteristics.
