The 71,130 s/f River Place Office Building was purchased by D. S. D. Enterprises, LLC in 2021. The remainder of the property is occupied by Seasons Corner Market. 

Thomas Sweeney, SIOR of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented D.S.D. Enterprises in their purchase of the property as well as brokering the lease agreement between the landlord and Homex Services Group.
