Smithfield, RI Barmal Realty Corp. sold 333 Waterman Ave. to Al’s Real Estate Holding, LLC. The property consists of a 15,360 s/f flex building and 7,050 s/f of cold storage contractor units on 8.5 acres. Thomas Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal was the exclusive broker on this sale.
