Swiss Reinsurance relocates to 20,626 s/f at 2 Waterside Crossing

Swiss Reinsurance Company LTD, a leading global reinsurer, will relocate their regional office to 2 Waterside Crossing. Their new location of 20,626 s/f will house approximately 95 employees. The company will relocate from 20 Security Dr. in Avon. Jones Lang LaSalle's senior vice president Christopher Ostop represented the owner Vision Equities LLC, and Swiss was represented by Scott Macbeth of Servus Brokerage Co. LLC. 2 Waterside Crossing is a 4-story, class A office building located in Windsor's Griffin Office Park. The park offers a campus setting with water views, jogging trails  picnic areas. A fitness center, complete with locker rooms, showers and a new on-site restaurant, Vito's By the Water.
