Spring is now upon us and not a day too soon. This article is meant to give you the "highlights" of what is taking place in 2008.
I would like to take this time to thank our 2008 N.H. CIBOR gold sponsors who are our primary sponsors for our quarterly meetings and the annual event in December. 1) Upcoming stateside marketing sessions 2008.
The sessions would be held the 4th Wednesday of the month. Time: 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m.

2) The N.H. CIBOR education committee will be putting the finishing touches on their May 7 event it led "Stay out of Jail". This is one of the most popular, exciting and humorous programs that N.H. CIBOR has put on in the past. In lieu of our monthly one hour PDS, this program will be a two hour topic with guest speakers Arthur Slattery former member of the NHREC, Beth Edes executive director of NHREC, and Chris Nicolopoulos government affairs director of NHAR. Time 9 a.m to 11 a.m.
3) 2008 N.H. CIBOR quarterly meetings will be held in the following locations:
* June 13, 2nd quarterly meeting at SERESC in Bedford. Cost: $25 for members and $30 for non-members.
* Sept. 23 quarterly meeting at the Portsmouth Marriott
* Dec. 3 is the 2008 NH CIBOR annual meeting to be held at the Derryfield Restaurant, Manchester.
4) The annual TFMoran/NH CIBOR Cookout and Realtor of the Year Award event will take place on June 12, starting at 5:30 p.m. The full brochure will be available soon. My personal thanks to Robert and Anne Cruess of TFMoran who have been outstanding supporters for our organization.  
5) The July statewide marketing session (July 23) is an off-site event that will take place at Vintners Wine Cellar in Portsmouth at Gallagher Place. Seating will be limited to the first 25 PAID attendees.
6) The 1-Hour professional development series dates are below. These meetings take place on the 1st Wednesday of the month at Prudential Verani in Londonderry. All classes 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
June 4, July 2, August 6, September 3, October 1, November 5, December 3
John Doran will be giving the core real estate class to our members at least three times during 2008.
The 2008 annual meeting installation of officers will take place on December 3. We'll be back at the Derryfield Restaurant from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
