Hartford, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of two multi-family transactions totaling 51 units for a total of $3.435 million. Hines arranged the sale of a 33-unit multi-family portfolio. Hines exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $2.025 million.
