Rhode Island is currently experiencing its worst drought in twenty years. Governor Gina M. Raimondo issued a statewide drought advisory in early September and reminded “Rhode Islanders to be considerate of their water usage, because we all play a role in our state’s water conservation efforts.

Providence, RI Churchill and Banks teamed up with ZDS Architecture, DiPrete Engineering, and The Torrey Company to design and build a 60,000 s/f, five-story multifamily building at 580 South Water St. The building will include 69 residential units, 69 parking spaces, and luxury living conditions.

Cranston RI Eric Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal was involved in three transactions that totaled $1.37 million. Schultheis represented the property at 757 Park Ave. for receiver James Atchison of Darrow Everett LLP. The property was purchased by Marie Properties LLC who was represented by Michael Saccoccio of Coldwell Banker Commercial, for $205,000.
