What inspired you to pursue a career in your industry, and what path brought you to your current role? Growing up in a family business in the construction industry, it felt natural to explore property management as a career.
What inspired you to pursue a career in your industry, and what path brought you to your current role? The project-based approach to solving design challenges drew me to architecture. In my interview, CUBE 3’s CEO asked if I saw myself as a designer or technician – I said both, and that still holds true.
What inspired you to pursue a career in your industry, and what path brought you to your current role? I was drawn to this industry for its fast-paced, hands-on environment. Growing up working at a marina, I developed a strong work ethic and adaptability.
What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? A standout experience in my career has been working on the Residences at Lawrence Hill in Wellfleet, MA, a 46-unit affordable housing community meeting a critical need on Cape Cod.
What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? I am most proud of obtaining my Professional Licensure as a Professional Land Surveyor in Mass. (2024). This was a culmination of years of work and education as well as plenty of mentorship from colleagues at Hancock Associates.
What inspired you to pursue a career in this industry, and what path brought you to your current role? Curiosity and a desire to change professions led me to real estate. I studied political science and worked in a congressional office for several years before deciding to pursue a career change. I entered the field through a real estate analytics firm
What inspired you to pursue a career in your industry, and what path brought you to your current role? I’ve always been drawn to the investment side of real estate, but early in my career my mentor Luke introduced me to multifamily investing, which gave me a clear framework for how deals are underwritten and perform.
What inspired you to pursue a career in your industry, and what path brought you to your current role? I’ve had a passion for this industry from a young age. I have always been drawn to how spaces are designed, the finishes, the details, and how a space can influence the way people feel and interact.
Who has been a mentor or influential figure in your career, and what is the most valuable advice they have shared with you? I’ve been fortunate to have several talented and influential mentors throughout my career. The advice that has helped me the most is to treat client requests with a sense of urgency because customers are the lifeblood of our business, and to always be responsive.
>What inspired you to pursue a career in commercial real estate, and what path brought you to your current role? I started in cleaning and naturally moved into construction projects, where I saw how important the final stage really is. No matter how great the build is, it’s the cleaning that brings it to life. I built my company by showing up, working hard, and proving that what we do matters – even when it’s often overlooked.
What inspired you to pursue a career in your industry, and what path brought you to your current role? Growing up, I lived right next to the airport in Manchester, NH. At the time, the airport was expanding, and there were infrastructure projects taking place all over the neighborhood.
What accomplishment or project so far in your career are you most proud of? I am very proud of my recent promotion to assistant project manager. I’m grateful for the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and further develop my skills.
