Tamposi of CB Richard Ellis/New England represents 19 Post Road Group, LLC in $1.4 million purchase

CB Richard Ellis/New England (CBRE/NE) recently completed the sale of 19 Post Rd., a 25,400 sq/f industrial building. Five N Associates sold the property to 19 Post Road Group, LLC for $1.4 million. CBRE/NE's Michael Tamposi, associate at the firm's Manchester office, represented 19 Post Road Group in the deal. William Luers, president of Tamposi-Nash Real Estate Group, Inc., represented the seller. "We are pleased to have facilitated this transaction on behalf of 19 Post Road Group, LLC," said Tamposi. Built in 1977, 19 Post Rd. is a 25,400 square foot industrial building with 3,000 s/f of office space and 22,400 s/f of warehouse space. The building allows for many uses including office, manufacturing and warehouse. The property also features two drive-in and four loading docks. 19 Post Rd. has immediate access to the Spaulding Tpke. and I-95 via Ocean Rd. and Heritage Ave.
