Tator of KW Commercial leases 7,280 s/f at The Strand Theater to Zone Church

Wes Tator of KW Commercial recently leased 7,280 s/f at 20 Third St. to Zone Church. The property is owned by Anbelwold, LLC. Anthony DiBerto of Oyster River Real Estate assisted in the transaction. The property was previously known as the Strand Theater, which has been vacant for 3 years. Many of the current leaders of the city had their first dates at The Strand when it was the movie house in the area. Dover is one of the fastest growing cities in the state. The Zone Church is expanding with the new lease and was previously located in Berwick, Maine.
