Nelson Taylor of the Taylor Group at RPL Commercial listed the property for sale and represented the seller, Modern Industries Inc. The buyer, Ha & Ahn Properties, plans a retail and wholesale Asian supermarket at the property. The building was originally listed for $599,000 and was on the market for 223 days.
