Hartford, CT Tecton Architects, a Hartford-based design firm, has promoted three professionals to associate level. These advancements reflect a comprehensive plan to support business growth and deepen team expertise across Tecton’s design markets.

Kathryn Mease, NCIDQ, LEED AP BD+C, EDAC, is an award-winning interior designer who has been with the firm for eight years. She offers a depth of experience in all aspects of interior design, including programming and development of floorplans, ceiling and lighting design, interior detailing, millwork design, and finish and furniture specification for a broad range of project types.

Melissa Roy, director of business development, has been a presence in the architecture, engineering and construction industry for more than 16 years, and has developed and managed projects for clients throughout the Northeast.

Reaghan Schicker, AIA, NCARB is a lean healthcare certified architect and project manager who has been with the firm for just under two years. In that short time, she has made significant contributions to elevating Tecton’s healthcare team and design portfolio. 

Her practical approach and passionate design of healing environments maker her a trusted resource for major healthcare organizations.
