She offers a depth of experience in all aspects of interior design, including programming and development of floorplans, ceiling and lighting design, interior detailing, millwork design, and finish and furniture specification for a broad range of project types.

Melissa Roy, director of business development, has been a presence in the architecture, engineering and construction industry for more than 16 years, and has developed and managed projects for clients throughout the Northeast.

Reaghan Schicker, AIA, NCARB is a lean healthcare certified architect and project manager who has been with the firm for just under two years. In that short time, she has made significant contributions to elevating Tecton’s healthcare team and design portfolio.
