The new Metro North station scheduled to open in July 2010 prompted a well-attended Tenant Appreciation Day recently at the Fairfield Executive Center, 1375 Kings Hwy. East.
As part of Tenant Appreciation Day, Abbey Road Advisors, the owner of 1375 Kings Hwy. East, introduced its tenants to the building's new property manager, HK Group, and CB Richard Ellis, the building's exclusive leasing agent. In addition, Mark Barnhart, director of economic development for the Town of Fairfield, gave a brief presentation regarding the town's plans for the new Metro North station.
The Fairfield Metro North station is in the initial stages of development, as is a 1,500-car surface parking lot. The plans also include a hotel, additional office space, and supporting retail that are to be built by a private developer.
1375 Kings Hwy. East is now offering available medical/office space ranging from 1,000 s/f to more than 4,300 s/f. Building highlights include upgraded lobby and common areas, oversized windows, and on-site building maintenance.
