Terra Living Partners acquires
the 55-unit Plymouth Collection

Plymouth, MA Terra Living Partners, a Boston-based impact housing owner/operator formed in 2024, closed on the acquisition of The Plymouth Collection located at 5-21 Paul Francis Way and 574 – 576 State Rd. The Plymouth Collection is a 55-unit, 80% AMI workforce housing portfolio built between 2021 – 2022. 

Terra Living Partners utilizes its access to private capital to partner with communities, non-profits, and the public sector to acquire, preserve, and optimize attainable housing, often from existing housing stock. 

Founder and president of Terra Living Partners, Michael Alperin brings deep public and private community development and housing finance experience to projects that allow renters to afford housing in communities of their choice. In his career, he has acquired, developed, or preserved 7,731 units of affordable housing across 72 properties nationally using various public/private financial structures. He has also led the M&A transactions of affordable housing platforms and operating businesses. For the past half decade Alperin served as the executive director of the Brookline Housing Authority where he led an organization that owns/manages housing for over 3,500 units and vouchers. 

Prior to the Brookline Housing Authority, Alperin worked at Beacon Communities where he led the acquisitions department - working on over $750 million in real estate transactions nationwide.
