Sean Murphy, Liberty Mutual and IFMA Boston past president awarded this year's Best Practices Sustainability: Owner Award to Eastern Bank, nominated by Cannistraro.

Kathy DeMello, Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate-Verani and IFMA Boston past president awarded this year's Best Practices Medium Project Award to Boston Scientific, nominated by Margulies Perruzzi Architects.

Karen Garvin, IFMA Boston past president awarded this year's Best Practices Large Project to the Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building team, nominated by Sasaki Associates, Inc. and Mecanoo.

Best Practices Small Project award recipients The Bridgespan Group, nominated by CBT Architects.

Tom Smart, Sterling Corp. and longtime IFMA Boston volunteer was this year's President's Award recipient.

This year's Best Practices Sustainability: Tenant Award went to the Unitarian Universalist Association.

Dawn Borden, CFM, FacilitiesPM and IFMA Boston president elect awarded Jeanne MacLellan, Dowling and Houy with this year's Professional Development and Educator Award.

After 3,500 votes were cast, the University Crossing project, nominated by Perkins+Will was voted this year's People's Choice Award by just 27 votes.
