The Abbey Group has put a penthouse home at the firm's 45 Province condominium development in downtown under contract for over $3 million.
Sales activity has been on the rise at 45 Province, with over 30 homes either closed or under agreement during the last 12 months by the property's new in-house sales and marketing team.
The recently sold penthouse home features custom moldings, wide plank bamboo floors, glass mosaic tiles and flush mounted recessed lighting. The home's kitchen features custom teak and lacquer cabinetry with a marble island and appliances manufactured by Gaggenau, Dacor Thermador, and Fisher&Paykel. The development team at the Abbey Group is working with the homeowner to personalize the build out of the penthouse to meet their specifications.
Designer Manuel de Santaren who has staged and created models at 45 Province said, "Over the past 20 years I've had the opportunity to work on some extraordinary properties. The penthouses at 45 Province are amongst the best I have ever seen. The level of quality in their finishes and materials used, as well as the restrained modern aesthetic is unsurpassed. To find a gem like this and be able to move right in is a unique opportunity."
In October of 2006, The Abbey Group broke ground on the 32-story luxury high-rise located on Province St. The 137 homes, located for urban dwellers that enjoy walking to work, school, shopping and entertainment, have changed the whole feel of this downtown neighborhood.
Robert Epstein, chairman and CEO of the Abbey Group, said, "We are excited about the enthusiastic activity we continue to see at 45 Province. The sale of this penthouse unit further strengthens our belief in 45 Province and the continued interest in the finest in city living. We have remained committed to the long-term success of this project, and it is exciting to see the growing number of residents now calling 45 Province home."
45 Province is a full-service building that offers an Exhale spa, exclusively for residents. The complex includes a four season pool, spa treatment room and fitness studio with cardio, stretching and conditioning areas; a parlor comprised of a library and dining room with a catering kitchen, a screening room; a roof terrace offering panoramic views of the city; valet parking and 24-hour concierge service.
