According to The Atlantic Restaurant Group, Inc. the sale of Venice Café located at 204 Cambridge St. is complete.
The seller, SAR, Inc., owned and operated the popular Beacon Hill pizzeria for more than 20 years.  

The buyer is Federal-BNV II. Construction is already underway to re-concept the pizzeria into The Federal, a diner open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with particular emphasis on late night dining.
An early March opening is planned.
