Nashua, NH The Boulos Company, a leading commercial real estate firm in New England, has completed the sale and lease of 12 Murphy Dr., a prime industrial/flex property. The property was originally built as a manufacturing facility and was converted to industrial/flex condominiums. 

White Family Ventures, LLC sold Unit 1, an 18,000 s/f industrial/flex unit, to KBC Capital LLC for $2.25 million. KBC was in the market to purchase an industrial property, and although the unit was initially listed for lease, the seller recognized the value and timing of the market to accept a purchase offer. 

The Boulos Company also secured a lease agreement for White Family Ventures (landlord) with Mass Design, Incorporated for Unit A, totaling 14,660 s/f. The space will be used for R&D. The tenant was represented by Dave Tanguay and Chris Pascucci of SVN Masiello.
