The Bulfinch Companies Inc. recognized with Building Impact Gold Award

Boston, MA According to The Bulfinch Companies Inc., a Needham-based private commercial real-estate investment firm, Building Impact, an organization that connects companies to non-profit and community outreach volunteer opportunities, has recognized the firm with a Gold Impact award.

The Gold Impact Award serves as a testament to Bulfinch’s efforts in supporting and enriching local communities. The company’s employees are active participants in donating and volunteering their time with a mission of strengthening communities and providing a positive impact on those in need across Greater Boston. Employees and tenants of Bulfinch took part in various donation drives and volunteer efforts throughout the past year, including blood and food drives, clothing and book drives, writing letters to soldiers, and hand making fleece blankets. These efforts were made possible through Building Impact’s Connect Program.

 “Our team is dedicated to the improvement of our local communities and Building Impact’s Connect Program has made it easy to participate in meaningful activities that truly make a positive impact,” said Eric Schlager, CEO of Bulfinch. “These programs have helped create a dedicated community of volunteers here at Bulfinch. We are proud to support Building Impact and look forward to making continued strides in serving our community.”

Bulfinch is a founding partner of Building Impact and believes in the power of giving through the organization’s programs and mission. Building Impact is a non-profit organization that supports communities by connecting individuals and companies alike with volunteer opportunities.

The award was presented at the 5th Annual NonGala, an event held annually recognizing social responsibility, while also raising money for volunteer programming. The night also included micro-volunteering sessions as well as presentations regarding local non-profits and various volunteer opportunities.
