The Bulfinch Companies' leases 6th floor totaling 22,442 s/f to Siemens

According to The Bulfinch Companies, Inc., Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Inc. has leased the entire sixth floor measuring 22,442 s/f in the Smithsonian Astrophysical Institute Observatory, at Cambridge Discovery Park.
Cambridge Discovery Park is a twenty-seven-acre campus, masterplanned to accommodate an additional 700,000 s/f in multiple LEED certified office, laboratory and research and development buildings when completed. The park fronts Rte. 2 and is close to Rte. 128.
Curtis Cole, Chuck Kavoogian and Adam Brinch of CB Richard Ellis N.E. represented Siemens and Jon Varholak and Eric Smith of RBJ represented the landlord.
According to Michael Wilcox, vice president, director of leasing at Bulfinch, "Cambridge Discovery Park is an ideal setting for a premier research company such as Siemens. We look forward to accommodating Siemens' growing needs as the park evolves into future phases of development to its 820,000 s/f build-out."
