The Cannistraro family forms new company: Harrington Air Systems

The Cannistraro family formed a new company: Harrington Air Systems, LLC. This new venture was formed as a result of an asset acquisition related to Harrington Brothers Corporation. "After 50 years of working together as independent companies, this new partnership creates new opportunities for Harrington to improve and grow its sheet metal operations by leveraging the many resources that have positioned Cannistraro as a leader in the industry," said Steven Perrone, president of Harrington Air Systems. "Working side-by-side with Harrington will empower Cannistraro to offer the most comprehensive, single-source package of mechanical services to its clients," said John Cannistraro, Jr., president of J.C. Cannistraro, LLC, one of the largest privately held mechanical contractors in New England and a national leader in computerized building information modeling (BIM) and piping fabrication. Operating out of its Stoughton headquarters, Harrington Air Systems will operate as a sister company to J.C. Cannistraro, LLC, and will specialize in delivering sheet metal and related HVAC solutions to building owners and construction managers throughout New England.
