The Conrad Group brokers $1.26 million sale

The Conrad Group recently negotiated the sale of an 18,750 s/f industrial condominium located at 32 Riverside Dr. for $1.26 million. James McEvoy, senior vice president and Robert Conrad, president, exclusively represented the seller and introduced the buyer, an affiliate of Compressor World run by Steven Bergamesca and Matthew Mazanec. McEvoy and Conrad represented the previous sale transaction in July 2012, which included a 124 self storage units and the 18,750 s/f industrial building to Riverside Storage Realty Trust for the price of $1.625 million. The seller has retained the self storage facility.
