The Conrad Group handles 8,113 s/f lease expansion for Bay State Physical Therapy at 703 Granite St.
Braintree, MA The Conrad Group consummated a lease on behalf of Messina Enterprises at 703 Granite St. to Bay State Physical Therapy.
The expansion of 8,113 s/f results in Bay State Physical Therapy occupying the entire building which contains 23,434 s/f.
Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, said, “Bay State PT continues to grow in New England, and fortunately we had an opportunity to lease the remaining space in the building. The location and quality of the building will serve the firm’s corporate headquarters for the near future.”
While Conrad of The Conrad Group represented Bay State, Joe Harnan, director of leasing for Messina Enterprises represented the landlord
