The Conrad Group handles three new leases totaling 43,000 s/f at Weymouth Woods

The Conrad Group completed 3 new long term leases at Weymouth Woods office building located at 97 Libbey Industrial Parkway. The 92,000 s/f first class office building was purchased a year ago by FoxRock Properties. The new tenants include C/F Data, who will be leasing 8,000 s/f, relocating from another building in town. NVA Care Network, who will be leasing 8,000 s/f, is relocating from Braintree, and Eye Health Services, Inc. who will be leasing 27,000 s/f, and is relocating from another property in town. Robert Conrad, president of The Conrad Group, serving as the exclusive agent for the building, said, "We are extremely happy to have these 3 new tenants at Weymouth Woods. They are a great addition to the building and the tenants that are already in place there. These new tenants will bring the tenancy rate up to over 91%." In addition to the new suite improvements for the tenants, FoxRock will be upgrading all of the common areas in the building. Occupancy is expected this month and June.
