The Conrad Group sells 10,000 s/f Little Sprouts Daycare - $4.125m

Hingham, MA The Conrad Group, Inc. brokered the sale of  The Little Sprouts Daycare Center at 73 Abington St., for its owner, MDC Properties.

The 10,000 s/f center was built two years ago on 5.5 acres. The educational center is thriving in a complicated economic environment with new daycare centers being built throughout the Northeast.

According to Robert Conrad, president of The  Conrad  Group, “Single tenant new commercial properties with long leases are highly desirable in today’s volatile environment. Couple this with record low interest rates and we’re seeing cap rates drop while prices escalate.”

Conrad and partner, Jim McEvoy, represented both parties in this transaction. According to the Plymouth Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $4.125 million.
