The Conrad Group sells 37,780 s/f manufacturing property on behalf of Anderson Four Realty Trust

Rockland, MA The Conrad Group has completed the sale of 30 Airport Park Dr. for $2.4 million.

Originally constructed in the 1960s and expanded in the 70s and 80s, the 37,780 s/f manufacturing facility sits on 2.218 acres and is equipped with heavy power, five cranes and seven drive-in doors.

The building has been the home of Southeastern Metal Fabricators since it was constructed.

The buyer, an affiliate of Dynavac Corp. of Hingham, plans several updates and improvements to the property and will be able to significantly expand its manufacturing base on the south shore.

The Conrad Group team of James McEvoy, senior vice president, and Robert Conrad, president, exclusively represented the seller and introduced the buyer.
