Lakeville Corporate Park on Route 105 will soon be home to a 31,000 s/f class A office building to be located on 30 Riverside Dr.
Canpro Investments, Ltd. has entered into a contract with Callahan Construction to construct the facility and Callahan has broken ground with an occupancy scheduled for the end of 2007.
The Conrad Group of Quincy, MA will be the exclusive broker to market the office space available as well as the commercial land parcels for sale within the park.
