The Davis Companies has appointed Daniel Wheeler as senior associate, asset management. Wheeler will perform leasing, investment analysis and various asset management functions to maximize the performance and value of the Davis Cos. portfolio and Davis Investment Ventures Value Opportunity Fund I.

Wheeler's approach makes him a perfect fit for our Asset Management team," said Jonathan Davis, CEO and founder of the Davis Cos.
Prior to joining The Davis Companies, Wheeler was Asset Manager at Colony Realty Partners, where he managed the performance of 4.5 million s/f of office, industrial and multifamily properties in 5 distinct U.S. markets. Wheeler has also held positions as Development Associate at Archstone-Smith and as Investment Sales Analyst as Cushman & Wakefield and Insignia ESG. In these positions, Wheeler provided underwriting, financial analysis and valuation of development and investment opportunities and commercial real estate transactions. Wheeler earned a bachelor's degree in International Affairs from The University of Colorado at Boulder and a master's degree in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Wheeler resides in Wenham, Massachusetts with his wife, Lisa, and 18-month-old daughter, Dana.
