The Davis Companies signs MobileAware USA Inc. to 3,100 s/f lease at 200 High Street

The Davis Companies (TDC) has signed a lease agreement with MobileAware USA Inc. to occupy 3,100 s/f of office space at 200 High St. This 3-year lease commitment within the 95,000 s/f building represents two significant milestones for TDC: filling its final office vacancy at 200 High St., and the achievement of making its legacy portfolio 100% leased. TDC was able to negotiate and complete this deal within a week of signing a Letter of Intent (LOI), allowing MobileAware USA Inc. to occupy the space a mere 22 days later. The lease was brokered by David Cooney and Bonny Doorakian of NAI Hunneman. TDC, as landlord, was represented by TDC senior vice president and director of leasing Duncan Gilkey. MobileAware was represented by Brendan Miller of Lincoln Property Company. "This may not be our largest deal, square footage wise, but it is a very significant one," said Duncan A.C. Gilkey, senior vice president and director of leasing for TDC. "Completing this deal so quickly highlighted the flexibility, focus on tenant service and high quality facility management offered by the Davis team. This is what has enabled us to persuade brokers to bring tenants to our properties first, and make our legacy portfolio 100% leased."
