The Dolben Company, Inc. assumed management of Woodview at Legacy Farms

Hopkinton, MA The Dolben Company, Inc. has assumed the management of Woodview at Legacy Farms. The property is owned by The Praedium Group, a privately-held real estate investment firm based in New York City. With the addition of Woodview at Legacy Farms, Dolben’s portfolio now comprises 60 properties across six states.

Built in 2014, Woodview at Legacy Farms is a 240-unit apartment community located within Legacy Farms, a 730-acre master planned smart growth-style community. The property consists of seven three-story apartment buildings as well as a clubhouse. Community amenities include an outdoor fire pit, resident clubroom, private screening room, fitness center, heated outdoor pool, barbecue area, and dog park.
