The Dolben Company, Inc. assumes management of 181-unit Country Club Garden Apartments

Woburn, MA The Dolben Company, Inc. has assumed management of Country Club Garden Apartments (CCGA), a 181-unit community. Built in 1960, the property is located near I-95 and I-93, and downtown Boston is a15-minute ride away, via I-93. This marks the first management assignment for Dolben with Ecos North. 

With a mix of one and two-bedroom apartment homes, CCGA offers a solid amenity package that includes a swimming pool, patio, and picnic area. The property also has a laundry facility, and an open community green. CCGA is currently undergoing a unit renovation project; the long-term plan is to renovate all units in the coming years.

Thomas Beaton, senior vice president, management, said, “We are very pleased to be managing CCGA. The property is ideally located for commuters, and we look forward to exceeding our client’s expectations with this management assignment.”
