The Fini Real Estate Group sells Rite Aid Plaza for $3.85 million

The Rite Aid Plaza has been sold by ACV Skyline Rad08 LLC, Sonoma, Ca, to P & P Realty Trust, a Massachusetts investment group. The 23,497 s/f plaza is anchored by Rite Aid. Sleepy's and Radio Shack occupy the remaining spaces. Tom Fini of the Fini Real Estate Group, Inc. of Bedford, represented the buyer and Michael Katz of Ref Advisory, LLC, Glen Allen, VA., represented the seller. "Even in this difficult economy, properly priced investment real estate is in strong demand," said Fini. According to registry records, the property was sold for $3.85 million. The Fini Real Estate Group represents buyers and sellers of investment grade retail, office and industrial properties.
