The Fini Real Estate Group sells Whitney Plaza for $2.8 million

The Fini Real Estate Group of Bedford, N.H. has completed the sale of Whitney Plaza. The 26,000 s/f neighborhood center is anchored by Concentra Medical Services and Giovanni's Restaurant. Tom Fini and Jeff White represented the seller Riverwalk-Hudson, LLC and procured the buyer, SCR Real Estate, LLC. "Our firm has had excellent success in marketing retail centers," said Fini. "Well located and fairly priced retail offerings continue to be in significant demand affirming the health of this CRE sector." The plaza was 100% leased at time of sale. According to registry records the property was sold for $2.8 million.
