Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors sells 881 Worcester Street for $7.9 million
881 Worcester St. sold for $7.9 million. 881 Worcester Street Trust II sold the property to Crosspoint Acquisitions LLC.
Craig Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors was the sole broker in the transaction. 881 Worcester St. is a single-story building totaling 72,000 s/f that is partially leased to Staples and is located on Rte. 9.
