Cumberland, RI The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial listed and leased 2,500 s/f of office/medical space at 2155 Diamond Hill Rd.

The building is one of two office buildings located on Rte. 114 (Diamond Hill Rd.) with access to I-295.

The new tenant, Ren Medical, will perform a concierge care medical membership practice. They will perform executive health and advance diagnostics to include: full biometric and metabolic assessment, body composition analysis, cardiovascular screening, cognitive screening, expanded lab panels, DEXA scan, and coronary calcium scoring.

Shelton, CT Bob Horvath, Todd Tremblay and Matt Nadler of Horvath & Tremblay have completed the sale of Fountain Square, a new construction retail center. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and secured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $30.5 million.
