Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal sells 1.52-acre Hoxie Four Corners retail site for $2.5 million
Warwick, RI Thomas Sweeney, SIOR of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal sold 1584-1590 Warwick Ave., the retail corner property of Hoxie Four Corners.
The 1.52-acre site features a 4,404 s/f retail building alongside a 6,000 s/f auto service building.
The site, located at the signalized intersection of Warwick Ave. and Airport Rd., has a daily traffic count of 25,522 vehicles and neighbors Dave’s Market, Walgreens, D’Angelos, and Starbucks.
The site was sold for $2.5 million to EZ Communications, LLC and 1584 Warwick Ave, LLC.
