The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial leases 5,000 s/f

Attleboro, MA The Foncellino Team of Coldwell Banker Commercial listed and leased 5,000 s/f of retail space at 104 North Main St.

Located in a strip mall across from the Attleboro Courthouse, the space includes two units, a walk-in freezer, and a fire suppression system in the cooking area.

The new tenant contacted the Foncellino Team after a fire destroyed the building that housed their restaurant. Because they needed to relocate quickly, expediting the leasing process was essential. When they reopen, the tenant will serve Guatemalan and Salvadoran dishes.
