The Ann Foncellino team of Coldwell Banker's commercial division represented both NDB Properties LLC and NOBL Communications LLC with the 1,800 s/f lease of class A office space at 5 Pleasant View Ave. NOBL Communications is a full-service consumer center communications agency that makes certain customer's brands are "seen, heard and shared." Areas of expertise are social media and PR, content development, media relations, crisis management, marketing and promotional events.
