The Geenty Group arranges 1,225 s/f lease to Plante
Old Saybrook, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed the lease of 1,225 s/f at 139 Mill Rock Rd., East.
The tenant is David M. Plante Interior Design. He is an interior designer of note who practices on a national basis. A unit in The Old Saybrook Business Park will be used as Plante’s office as well as a storage facility for numerous antiques, etc. which are available for his clients to purchase.
The landlord is Mill Rock Leasing, LLC. Kevin Geenty of The Geenty Group was the sole agent in this transaction.
