The Geenty Group brokers 1,024 s/f lease

Branford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, completed a lease of a 1,024 s/f flex unit at 11 Sycamore Way. This space is in the Gray Eagle Business Park, a group of 26 flex rental units. The tenant is East Shore Pool Co. and James Wallhagen is the president. The tenant will use the space as headquarters for its pool installation, repair, and maintenance business.

Kevin Geenty SIOR of  The Geenty Group was the agent for the tenant. The landlord is Gray Eagle Corp., and Bill Clark, also of The Geenty Group, was the agent for the landlord.
