The buildings consist of 11 residential apartments and 5,000 s/f of vacant space.
The sole broker in the transaction was The Geenty Group. The seller's attorney was Philip Parks, Esq. of Branford. The Geenty Group agents involved were William Clark, Kristin Geenty, SIOR and Kevin Geenty, SIOR.
In another transaction, The Geenty Group leased a 1,024 s/f office unit at 11 Sycamore Way. The new tenant is Comprehensive Prosthetics Services, LLC. CPS is a locally owned and operated prosthetic and orthotic practice offering innovative solutions and creative designs. Owner John Zenie has over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, specializing in upper extremity prosthetics.
The tenant was represented by David Fleischman and the landlord, Gray Eagle Corp., was represented by William Clark, both of The Geenty Group Realtors.
