The Geenty Group facilitates 6,500 s/f lease to Bio-Med Devices
Guilford, CT The Geenty Group Realtors has completed a lease at 1 Shoreline Dr. The tenant is Bio-Med Devices, Inc. Dean Bennett, Jr. is the president. Bio-Med Devices manufactures Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including ventilators. The space is a 6,500 s/f unit with truck docks in a 72,000 s/f multi-tenanted flex building.
Bio-Med’s headquarters and primary manufacturing facility is within two blocks of the subject expansion facility.
Kevin Geenty was the agent for the tenant. The landlord is Russo Real Estate, LLC, and was represented by Bill Clark, also of The Geenty Group.
