The Geenty Group facilitates $650,000 sale of 17,000 s/f building
East Haven, CT According to The Geenty Group Realtors – Commercial Real Estate, 133 Commerce St. has sold to A & G Contracting, LLC. The company plans to renovate the building and use it as an investment property in addition to its own operations.
The 17,000 s/f building sold for $650,000. Kevin Geenty and Kristin Geenty of The Geenty Group, Realtors were the sole brokers in the transaction.
The seller’s attorney, Scott DeLaura and his team at Palumbo & DeLaura, New Haven, were instrumental in moving the sale to a close.
