North Branford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors, has leased a 1,000 s/f garage and storage space at 2344 Foxon Rd. This is a light industrial condo in a well-located complex of 25 individual units.
The tenant is Empire Services, LLC. They provide property management and construction services to real estate property owners. Philip Ney III is the principal. Ney was previously an experienced general contractor. The landlord is Cooper Partners, LLC.
Kevin Geenty and Kristin Geenty SIOR were the agents for the tenant. Bill Clark, also of The Geenty Group, was the agent for the landlord.
