Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors represented the landlord, Louis Guerrera while David Fleischman also of the Geenty Group Realtors represented the tenant, Tom Vendetti, partner/senior vice president sales and marketing at Global Sourcing Solution, Inc.
